Thomas J. Nastasi, Owner & Builder, has a lifelong experience in the building business, ranging from small to extensive additions and renovations, including entire residential demolition and new construction.  He personally works with the clients to ensure that their needs and desires are met.  His mission is to completely satisfy each customer.  He has built this business through a solid reputation and repeat customers.

Thomas Nastasi Jr., Project Manager, is a graduate of Monmouth University, West Long Branch, NJ where he received a B.A. in Business with a concentration in Management.  He oversees each and every project.  He works with suppliers to keep prices competitive and to learn about new products.  Thomas Jr. works closely with subcontractors and workmen.  He is always available to assist the client to ensure that their concerns and needs are handled in the appropriate manner.

Gemma Nastasi, Office Manager, is a licensed New Jersey Real Estate Broker.  She is responsible for all office related duties including proposals, contracts, bookkeeping, and billing.
